We're baaaack...

On Saturday, October 17, H2B became H. Our wedding day is still such a blur--it felt like it flew by SO quickly and I was in a bit of a haze all day. The day before, the rehearsal, I was a wreck. I didn't think I was going to make it through the rehearsal and was very worried about my nerves on the day of the wedding. I couldn't look at Peter (I might as well start calling him that since he's not H2B any more!) during the rehearsal vows and I thought I was going to burst into tears and/or throw up the entire day.

A miracle happened, and on Saturday I was cool as a cucumber. The wedding went off without a hitch and we flew to Paris the next day, just returning to Canada last night. We're spending today unpacking, sorting photos, unwrapping gifts, and just relaxing at home before heading back to work tomorrow.

I'll definitely have more posts to share with more details of both the wedding and the honeymoon, but for now: everything went beautifully and we are very happy.
